Somatic Healing Therapy - $120 per Session
Danielle is a Certified Somatic Healing Therapist which she has provided sessions to many individuals to improve their health and wellness. Somatic therapy is based on the idea that the body stores negative experiences, including trauma, in somatic memory. It can help people who have experienced:

Unlike "talk therapy", somatic therapy focuses on conscious thought and work on challenging thoughts in relation to anxiety and behaviors, helping desensitize people to uncomfortable sensations. But somatic therapy is more about relieving the tension, as opposed to desensitizing people to it.
